How long should I expect to hold my investment in the Fundrise iPO?

The Fundrise iPO is meant to be a long–term, illiquid investment. Our goal is to provide liquidity in the future through a potential traditional IPO on a stock exchange or a sale of the company. However, unlike our real estate funds, the Fundrise iPO does not expect to pay a dividend during the term of the investment and there may be limited or no possibility for redemption. Accordingly, investors in the Fundrise iPO should be prepared to hold the investment indefinitely until such time as the Company experiences a liquidation event (if any).
